About Us
A penny for your thoughts indeed. Around here that would be a raise.

What makes a good blog? I think thematic consistency, a little exhibitionism, and honest writing. I can promise you the last one.

Most of my posts seem to be about music or politics. Some of them are funny. But all of them would love to hear a comment from you.

Oh-- and please welcome God to the APW team. We're thrilled and humbled to serve as His earthly vessel.

Name:
Location: NYC

I was born at a relatively young age. Growing up consumed the better part of my childhood. As a young man I chased a lot of girls. But they kept getting away. Then I got older and even slower, so I got married. I've lived in New York City almost since before I moved here. I summer in Manhattan, which is like New York City, but with more humidity.

Here's me, without baby, thinking big thoughts. (Actually, what I'm thinking is, "Hey, these aren't Pringles!") I think I look better with baby.

Lesbian Eroticism! Just in Time for Christmas!
Monday, December 12, 2005
Am I the only one who thinks this ad campaign constitutes lesbian erotocism?

I mean, I'm not complaining. Just asking, is all.

This post makes an important point that most people refuse to accept, because to accept it means Bush's great crusade to "liberate" Iraq is based on deception and distortion. And most people find it hard to accept the unsettling premise that its government went to war for reasons other than the ones stated. This administration is driven by ideology, and it seeks information that buttresses its case and conveniently ignores anything that would not enhance their already decided course of action.

What I find truly amazing is that most people have still not caught on to the fact that this administration has a set agenda, and almost everything it sets out to do is directly opposite the needs of most Americans. This leaves the administration in the position of needing to confuse Americans to further its agenda. Whether it is war that has already been decided on, or tax breaks that deplete the treasury but reward Bush's friends, intelligence and facts are being massaged and distorted to promote the agenda. It really is that simple.

Thank you Paul. Well said.

Although I assume you were commenting on the post about Bush and Iraq...
